Brian Anderson is a senior operating and finance executive with more than 40 years of experience improving performance, strengthening cash flow, and building enterprise value across industrial and manufacturing focused businesses. Over the last ten years, Brian has focused on partnering with management teams to turn around underperforming companies and drive sustainable operational and financial improvement.

Brian brings a disciplined, execution focused approach shaped by deep corporate finance and operating experience. His background includes several billion dollars in direct structured financing transactions supporting capital intensive businesses across consumer packaging, corrugated and flexible materials, printing, plastics, textiles, nonwovens, logistics, and metal converting industries. This experience provides him with a practical understanding of how capital structure, asset utilization, and operational execution intersect to drive value.

The last several years at Quantum, Brian has worked hands on with portfolio companies to diagnose root cause performance issues, stabilize cash flow, and implement structured improvement initiatives. His focus areas include margin expansion, working capital discipline, capital allocation, operational accountability, and leadership team alignment. He is known for quickly establishing clarity, prioritizing actions that matter, and translating strategy into measurable operating and financial results.

Brian spent the majority of his career at GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group.  In that role, he structured complex financing solutions for middle market and large corporate clients, consistently exceeding performance objectives while building long term customer relationships. His success was driven by a consultative approach that combined technical financial expertise with deep industry knowledge.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University. He is recognized as a steady, trusted executive who brings rigor, clarity, and accountability to complex business situations, making him a valued partner during periods of transition, turnaround, and growth.
