Kevin Marvel is a senior human resources and talent executive with more than three decades of experience serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership teams across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, and technology driven organizations. He brings deep expertise in enterprise HR leadership, M&A due diligence, organizational transformation, and building scalable people systems that support business performance and growth.
Kevin has demonstrated experience as both a business unit leader and executive HR partner, leading global HR teams, talent acquisition and management organizations, shared services, and enterprise HR transformation initiatives across multicultural and multinational environments. He is known for translating corporate objectives into practical HR strategies and actionable programs that strengthen culture, improve performance, and align talent with business priorities.
Currently, Kevin serves as HR M&A Due Diligence Leader for Quantum Industrial Holdings, where he supports mid market manufacturing acquisitions. In this role, he evaluates HR policies, processes, technology platforms, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor compliance, workforce capabilities, and cultural dynamics. He identifies and quantifies risks and opportunities related to talent, cost structure, and integration, and partners closely with other diligence workstreams to support informed investment decisions.
Previously, Kevin served as Vice President of Human Resources at Hardinge Inc., a global machine tool and metal cutting company with operations across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO, he was a member of the executive leadership team and played a key role in supporting the company’s transformation and private equity ownership. He led all aspects of the HR function, deployed a regional HR operating model, and aligned the global workforce to support growth and operational improvement.
Kevin has also held senior leadership roles at AMN Healthcare, Teva Pharmaceuticals, ITT Inc., Motorola Mobility, and Betz Laboratories. His experience spans HR strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, performance management, employee relations, change management, inclusion and diversity, acquisition integration, and HR technology deployment. Earlier in his career, he led large scale talent acquisition centers of excellence and global HR shared services supporting tens of thousands of employees across multiple geographies.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Elizabethtown College and has completed advanced executive education in human resources management at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is recognized as a results oriented, hands on leader who brings clarity, collaboration, and operational discipline to complex organizations navigating change, integration, and growth.
