Kyle Deiwert is an operations and manufacturing executive with over 17 years of leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, aerospace engineering, and energy infrastructure. He specializes in driving operational performance, executing complex capital initiatives, and leading business transformations that deliver measurable financial results.

Kyle serves as Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Industrial Holdings, where he leads operational strategy across the firm’s portfolio of manufacturing companies. He partners closely with executive teams to strengthen operating systems, implement disciplined performance management, and drive improvements in revenue, margin, and scalability. His role connects investment strategy with execution, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible operational and financial outcomes.

He is recognized for integrating engineering, operations, and financial discipline to deliver sustainable growth. His experience includes full P&L leadership, turnaround execution, lean transformation, pricing and cost strategy, and leadership development. He has consistently improved throughput, expanded revenue, and strengthened margins while building high performing teams and scalable operating frameworks.

Previously, Kyle served as General Manager and Director of Operations at a portfolio company, where he helped scale a steel fabrication business through operational and commercial improvements. Revenue nearly tripled during his tenure, alongside significant workforce growth. He led process improvements, formalized the RFQ lifecycle, and assumed full P&L responsibility during a critical turnaround while supporting a successful exit.

Earlier in his career, Kyle founded multiple companies across motorsports, consulting, and the oil and gas sector. He served as Facilities Engineer at Encino Energy and Chesapeake Energy, leading over $40 million in annual capital projects and delivering more than $2.7 million in annual cost savings. He began his career at United Technologies, developing advanced composite systems for aerospace applications, earning two U.S. patents and multiple technical awards.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and is known for combining technical depth with operational leadership to create long term enterprise value.
